Office Space Just Leased

An industrial water treatment firm secured a new office location for a short-term project they are working on in Hillsborough, NC. The property, located just off of I-85 was previously home to Select Concrete. Pickett Sprouse Commercial Real Estate Brokers Matthew Morton and Emilee Collins, CCIM represented the property owners in the lease. At a time when the office market is believed to be struggling, our smaller footprints meet the needs of the smaller businesses in our area.
